The NZGCSA and AGCSA Board and staff invite all fully registered delegates to the Simplot Farewell Bash to be held at Te Wharewaka o Poneke from 6.00 – 8.00pm on Thursday 28 June.
The farewell bash will be an opportunity to wind down and say, "Haere rā, Ka kite anō" (farewell, see you again) to new and old friends. We will celebrate our time in New Zealand surrounded by Kiwi tradition. The spectacular venue includes "whakairo" or carvings and modern renditions of traditional design, which transform the building symbolically into a ceremonial waka and a marae (meeting ground). Te Wharewaka is home to 3 traditionally carved Māori waka (canoes) which will be on display during the evening.
Join us for a traditional Kiwi send off.
